Arthur Gray Powell, lawyer, judge, and author, was born 2 September 1873, in Blakely, Georgia, and died 5 August 1951 in Atlanta, Georgia. His autobiography, I CAN GO HOME AGAIN, documents life in Blakely, Georgia, where he practiced law and was a judge on the Early County Superior Court.
